  • Blue cheese: 100 g
  • Floral honey: 1 tbsp = 28 g

Step-by-Step Instructions

Preparation:

  1. Wash the pears. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.

Cooking Steps:

Step 1:
Slice each pear in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the core and seeds.

Step 2:
Cut the cheese into small cubes and place them in the hollow center of each pear.

Step 3:
Arrange the cheese-filled pears in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle them with honey and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Step 4:
Chop the walnuts and sprinkle them over the baked pears once they are out of the oven.
